Repeat Prescriptions

If the doctor has informed you that a treatment is on repeat prescription you may obtain this by returning your computer-generated slip indicating which medicine you require.

You may request your repeat prescription:

  • In writing (post, email)
  • Online via the link at the top of this page - First-time user or want to know more? Read more HERE

Please note that, for reasons of safety, we do not accept telephone requests.

Please allow two working days (48 working hours, do not include Saturday or Sunday as they are non-working days) for your request to be processed.

You may ask for your prescription to be collected by a local pharmacy. You can also have your prescription posted back to you by supplying a stamped addressed envelope or by simply calling in to collect it.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
